Olathe, Kansas Whole Home Remodel

This whole home remodel in Olathe, Kansas transformed a 2011 built home into a cohesive, highly functional space tailored for modern family living and entertaining. Our team renovated eight bathrooms throughout the home, including a complete primary bathroom redesign featuring a zero entry shower, freestanding tub, and expansive double vanity to create a spa inspired retreat.

A former home office was converted into a fully functional prep kitchen that flows seamlessly into the main kitchen, enhancing storage, organization, and everyday efficiency. The basement was reimagined for entertaining with a custom bar area, wine room, and inviting gathering spaces designed for hosting and relaxation.

In addition to the major space transformations, we laced in new hardwood flooring to create continuity throughout the home and updated electrical finishes and lighting to elevate both function and ambiance. Every detail was thoughtfully planned to improve how this home lives while honoring the neighborhood and setting the homeowners already loved in Olathe.
