Leawood, KS Main Floor Remodel Rendered Walk Through

On the main floor, we reimagined the kitchen layout and refined the connection to the living room, allowing each space to function beautifully on its own while maintaining a cohesive flow. The expanded mudroom carries the kitchen finishes throughout for a seamless design and provides additional storage and functionality. Inspired by our clients’ love of blues, greens, and whimsical details, the design combines traditional style with pops of color, layered textures, glass subway tile, butcher block countertops, and Fantasy Brown marble. A new kitchen window and French sliding patio door bring in natural light and create an inviting atmosphere.
