Leawood, KS Primary Basement Remodel

A basement transformed into a destination of its own.

This lower level was completely reimagined and remodeled to create a sophisticated extension of the home, bringing together entertaining, creativity, work, and wellness in one cohesive space.

At the heart of the entertaining area, a custom bar features a sculptural arched quartzite backsplash and cabinetry detailed with brass grille inserts. Just beyond the bar, dedicated wine storage creates a natural extension of the entertaining space. Throughout the basement, wall molding adds architectural depth, while a cast stone fireplace mantel creates a refined focal point in the main living area.

The remodel also includes his and hers offices, a dedicated home gym, and a full wellness suite with a sauna, steam shower, and cold plunge.

From the architectural details and custom millwork to the craftsmanship behind each space, every element was thoughtfully designed, built, and finished by our team to create a lower level that feels considered, personal, and seamlessly connected from one space to the next.
