When challenges arise (and they sometimes do during remodeling), we have the resources and experience to problem-solve quickly with your best interests in mind.

That said, we’re open to exploring other sources to ensure the final result aligns with your vision. Our showroom makes the selection process exciting, streamlined, and personalized without the hassle of visiting multiple stores.

We typically work with homeowners located within 35 miles of our office, across both the Kansas and Missouri sides of the metro. This radius allows our team to remain hands-on and closely connected to every project from start to finish.

Our process is specialized around full-service remodels that span from initial planning through construction. These projects often start at six weeks in duration and are developed with a cohesive vision in mind. While we occasionally take on smaller updates, especially for our existing clients, it depends on our project calendar and capacity.

Our first consultation happens in your home. We’ll take the time to get to know you, listen to your goals, and offer ideas as we walk through your space. Using tools like LiDAR and detailed photography, we build a precise model of your home that lays the foundation for a collaborative, exciting, and transparent design process.

We offer a two-year warranty on our workmanship. If something is not installed properly, it is covered. However, if there is a product with a manufacturer defect, this is not covered under the KCBR Design | Remodel warranty. Our clients are responsible for keeping any information for the manufacturer warranties (generally lifetime) that come with all material selections.
