Warm, Welcoming, and Ready for Entertaining
Once unfinished, this basement is now nearly complete and serves as a fully personalized extension of the home. From the custom bar with paneled appliances to the cozy family room perfect for KU and Chiefs games, every detail was designed with intention. We added a bedroom with egress, a new bathroom, a playhouse for their daughter, and stunning woodwork built by a close family friend. Our team loved bringing this vision to life for such a fun and welcoming family.
