In person, they should address you politely and thoroughly answer your questions and speak to your concerns. If you have the slightest feeling that something isn’t just right, go with your gut and keep looking.

…give you references. A reputable company won’t mind giving you the names and phone numbers of past clients who have had similar bathroom remodeling services. One little caveat here: We DO have to ask for the clients’ permission to release their information. However, you can always look to social media and online reviews for honest opinions as well.

…be experienced. We don’t mean that a bathroom remodeling company has to be in business for a long time to be good at what they do, but it is a good indicator that they’ve been doing something right! You can ask specific questions about how often they do the particular services that you are requesting. If you want to know how experienced each crew member is, you should be able to ask that, too!
