Hi, I’m Anthony, the owner and founder of KCBR Design | Remodel. I started KCBR Design | Remodel more than six years ago and have been redefining how homeowners undergo the remodeling experience ever since.
Over the years, I have gained a wealth of knowledge, completed more than 500 remodeling projects, and grown the KCBR Design | Remodel team to a full-service design remodel firm with an in-house team of employees—KCBR Design | Remodel is the complete package! I created this business model knowing it would allow us to create efficient processes and a better experience for everyone involved.
My wife Abby joined KCBR Design | Remodel in 2020, although she has been a huge supporter and part of it since day one. Abby brings a love for all things design, work culture, and public relations. We both love the remodeling industry and working with people and have built a strong culture at KCBR Design | Remodel. We also enjoy how we get to know each of our clients so well that they often turn into friends!
Together our goal is to change the way people perceive the remodeling industry, from client experience to employment opportunities and career paths, setting higher standards and creating a culture that brings out the best in our people. We all want to grow and better ourselves here at KCBR Design | Remodel, and it shows with each project we take on. This reflects our company core values of Quality, Communication, & Culture.

Communication – We pride ourselves on communication and transparency. We go above and beyond to ensure our clients are kept up to date throughout the entire process. This is achieved by having a project manager who is the point of contact and communicates with our clients daily and our project management software, Buildertrend. With Buildertrend our schedules are live and you can access them using your client portal. You will know what to expect and when to expect throughout your project. Buildertrend also allows us to keep everything documented, organized and available to our team and clients at all times.
Our Process – The process we have created at KCBR Design | Remodel ensures a smooth experience for our clients from the start of the design through the final walk through. We have all the resources and know how to make certain you have the best outcome for your project, and it shows.
Design – Working with a designer alleviates stress while also saving you time and money. By focusing on design at the front end of any project we ensure a clear scope of work is determined which prevents delays, keeping your project on schedule and budget. Our designers lead each of our clients through designing the space and work closely with our project managers and in-house construction team ensuring the vision is executed at a high level on each job. Our designers and project coordinator help manage the selection process; ensuring all materials and selections are properly ordered and in a timely fashion. This allows us to eliminate much of the stress from our clients while simultaneously ensuring the best possible experience and outcome of any project.

While we do use some sub-contractors, you can rest assured they are vetted, dedicated, and share the same KCBR Design | Remodel values.
Planning, Budget & Design – We know time, money, and most importantly your visions matter. This is why we plan up front and talk through expectations, budget, and schedule with each of our clients. Putting in this extra time and effort is critical for us to make sure our clients feel peace of mind. Simply put we take the stress out of remodeling.
Products & Installation – We do the necessary research on all of the products and materials used to ensure they are installed correctly and professionally. We work smarter, not harder, meaning we do not take any short cuts and do things the right way the first time.
Cleanliness – Construction is messy but we take the extra steps to keep your project site neat throughout the project. We want you to feel comfortable during the duration of the remodel and make it as livable as possible. This means prepping and protecting your home, using dust machines on each site to keep dust at a minimum, and upon completion a professional cleaning crew deep cleans the new space.
