Once everything is selected, we will provide a Design Portfolio that outlines all the details, drawings and materials for your project. We utilize Buildertrend software, which is a portal accessible by you to keep project details and schedule organized and transparent. Your product selections will be recorded in Buildertrend so you can review and approve products and pricing. Once selections are approved, our Project Coordinator orders everything and will manage procurement of products and materials to ensure the project stays schedule.
Step 3. Construction Process
Once the project plan and schedule are set, it’s time to start construction! At KCBR Design | Remodel designers communicate directly with project managers and the team of skilled craftsmen, ensuring all details and expectations are clear. The project manager will be your main point of contact throughout the construction phase to address any questions or issues that may arise. The team will provide daily updates on work completed in Buildertrend as well!
Step 4. Post Construction
We’ve made it! The project is successfully completed, and it is time for you to enjoy. We close out the project with the final walk-through to make sure you are 100% satisfied. We will also conduct a client exit survey. This is an opportunity for you to reflect on your project and provide specific feedback on the overall process, which helps us continue to provide top notch service and be a leader in our industry. We believe in continuous improvement! We also stand by our work by offering a two-year warranty on our craftsmanship and supporting all manufacturer product warranties.
