Lenexa, KS Main Floor Remodel

This main floor remodel was the third chapter of a long-term collaboration with a returning KCBR family. After transforming their basement and primary bathroom, our team was invited back to reimagine the core of their home, beginning with the kitchen and expanding to nearly every main-level space.

We reworked the kitchen layout to improve functionality and create a clean, timeless design that flows into the newly refreshed family room. Built-ins and an updated fireplace now anchor the living space, making it both cozy and connected.

What was once a traditional dining room is now a stylish and hardworking laundry room, while the former laundry was transformed into a prep kitchen. This added utility without sacrificing aesthetics. The mudroom also received a full makeover, bringing smart storage and intentional design into one of the most-used areas of the home.

To complete the transformation, the entryway was brightened and elevated with thoughtful details that set the tone from the moment you walk in. Every room in this remodel was designed with function, warmth, and long-term livability in mind.
