Silver REMY Residential Basement Remodel
This unfinished basement is now a warm, livable extension of the home with space for movie nights, game days, hosting, and guests. The goal was to create a basement that didn’t feel like a basement, so our team worked around structural posts, ceiling drops, and mechanical runs to keep the layout open and intentional. Faux beams, arched openings, and warm white oak added character while the moody green bar brought depth and personality. A true family retreat from top to bottom.
